This policy outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of Haruka Network services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following regulations.

1. Prohibited Content (General)#

You may not use our services to store, publish, or transmit the following:

• Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including the promotion of criminal activity or the infringement of trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
• Malicious Content: Content containing viruses, Trojans, ransomware, or other programs designed to damage servers or visitor computers.
• Infringing Content: Unauthorized pirated software, cracked programs, or copyrighted video and audio files.
• Pornographic/Adult Content: Any form of adult, pornographic, or obscene content.
• Spam: Sending spam or unsolicited advertising emails.

2. Specific Product Restrictions#

A. Virtual Hosting#

• No Web Proxies: The use of services for web proxy purposes (including zmirror and similar proxy websites) is strictly prohibited.
• Resource Usage: If the service series you are using does not have dedicated resource markers, please use resources reasonably. You must not interfere with the normal use of other customers.
• File Restrictions: Haruka Network reserves the right to delete pirated, cracked, pornographic, or copyrighted audio and video files without prior notice.

B. Virtual Private Servers (VPS)#

• No Mining: Any form of cryptocurrency mining activity is strictly prohibited.
• No Public Proxies: Providing free public proxy services is prohibited. Upon discovery, the account will be suspended until expiration.
• No Hacking Activities: Activities such as IP scanning, port scanning, outbound attacks, or attempts to breach other networks or computers are strictly forbidden.
• High Resource Consumption: Hosting chat rooms, large download sites, or other programs that severely consume resources (including but not limited to unthrottled web crawlers) is prohibited.

C. CDN Image Storage & Crisp Plugin#

• Compliance: Uploaded content must comply with regulations regarding intellectual property, privacy, and reputation rights.
• No Abuse: Do not interfere with service operations or upload files that are illegal, threatening, harassing, or contain malware.

3. Violation Handling#

• Right to Review: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, edit, or delete any content.
• Enforcement Measures: Any violation may lead to the suspension, termination, or deletion of services.
• Legal Reporting: For illegal activities, we reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies and cooperate with investigations.
