Service Provider: Haruka Network (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Haruka Cloud")

Welcome to Haruka Network. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all products and services purchased and used from us (including but not limited to Virtual Hosting, VPS, CDN Image Storage, Crisp AI Plugin, etc.).

1. Definitions

  • "We" / "Haruka Network" / "Haruka Cloud": Refers to the service provider.
  • "You" / "Customer" / "Member": Refers to the individual or organization purchasing or using our services.
  • "Service": Refers to all computing, storage, software, and related technical support services provided by us.

2. Accounts and Registration

  1. Identity Information: You must provide true, valid, and complete contact information (including name, address, phone number, etc.). If we cannot verify your information or find it to be false, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account information.
  3. Linked Accounts: If you use a referral link from another account you own (self-referral) during purchase, we reserve the right to suspend both the referring and the purchasing accounts.

3. Billing and Payment

  1. Payment Obligation: Payments must be completed before the invoice due date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the invoice or suspend services.
  2. Pricing and Discounts: Shopping cart prices are for preview only; the final amount is based on the invoice generated at checkout. Limited-quantity promo codes are applied based on the order of invoice generation. If the quota is exhausted, the system will generate an invoice without the discount.
  3. IPv4 Replacement Fees (VPS Only):
  • If the IP is blocked immediately after payment, you may submit a ticket within 24 hours to request a free replacement.

  • The fee for replacing an IPv4 address during normal usage is 5 USD per instance.

  • During special periods (e.g., mass IP blocks) or if the block is due to user behavior, we reserve the right to temporarily increase replacement fees or charge an "IP Property Loss Fee."

4. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Window: We only accept reasonable refund requests within 24 hours of product purchase.
  2. Refund Method: All refunds will be credited to your Account Balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  3. Pro-rata Refunds: If a service is discontinued or suffers a hardware failure exceeding 24 hours before the expiration date, you may apply for a pro-rata refund based on the remaining service time.
  4. No Refunds Provided Under These Conditions:
  • Payment was completed more than 12 hours ago (outside the reasonable request window).

  • Malicious product trials or repeated "purchase and refund" cycles (3 times or more).

  • Service suspension or termination due to violations of the Terms of Service (ToS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

  • IP nulling/blocking caused by attacks, packet flooding, etc.

  • Personal attacks or verbal abuse directed at staff members during communication.

  • Initiating a payment dispute (Chargeback/Dispute) without prior ticket communication. This action will result in the immediate termination of all products and permanent account restriction.

5. Service and Technical Support

  1. Service Descriptions:
  • CDN Image Storage: Provides multi-format support, global acceleration, and bulk management.

  • Crisp AI Plugin: Provides personalized settings, OpenAI-powered smart replies, and Telegram integration.

  1. Support Scope: Our ticket department provides support in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
  2. Response Time: Tickets will be answered within 24 hours. Compensation will be provided if this timeframe is exceeded.
  3. Limitation of Support: We strive to solve technical issues but are not responsible for website profitability or issues beyond our control (e.g., code logic errors). Choosing the wrong ticket department may delay response times.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

  1. Expiration Handling:
  • We provide a 1-day grace period for unpaid expired services.

  • Services will be suspended 3 days after the due date.

  • Services will be deleted and data rendered unrecoverable if payment is not received 3 days after expiration.

  1. Violation Termination: Violating these Terms or the AUP will lead to service suspension or deletion without a refund.
  2. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You must stop using and destroy any materials obtained from the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. "As Is" Basis: Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. Data Security: Customers are responsible for their own data security and backups. We are not liable for data loss or service unavailability caused by hardware failure, customer error, DDoS attacks, or hacking.
  3. Liability Limit: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the website and through the services (text, images, software, etc.) is owned by Haruka Network or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written permission.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Haruka Network is registered. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the registered location.
